• Ten (10) years of experience and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Eight (8) years of experience and an Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Six (6) years of experience and an Master's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Four (4) years of experience and an Doctorate Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development/analysis
