Job Description

As an instructor, you will provide guidance and support to program participants, empowering them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed as teachers. You will lead candidates through the curriculum, providing personalized instruction and facilitating discussions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate weekly live, interactive, engaging, and collaborative Virtual Classes
• Evaluate candidate work by rubric grading and providing feedback
• Support candidates by providing guidance and scaffolding on content and technology use
• Track candidate progress
• Maintain and track candidate attendance records
• Participate in and monitor the Discussion Forum
• Serve as a mentor and resource to candidates
• Collaborate with other instructors to continuously expand and improve program delivery

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher
• At least 3 years of highly effective teaching experience
• Outstanding interpersonal, management, and organizational skills
• Experience with online instruction and adult learning
• Ability to foster and facilitate collaboration among adult learners
• High-level motivation and problem-solving skills
• Professional, clear, and respectful communication skills
• Adeptness in learning new technologies and systems
• Global awareness and cultural competence
