Job Description

As a Renewals Team Leader at Sonar, you will lead a team focused on driving customer retention, maximizing customer satisfaction, and minimizing churn. You will empower your team, streamline operations, and ensure smooth workflows. You will also work closely with GTM leadership to develop strategies, align renewal initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee renewal operations and ensure continuous improvement
  • Work with Regional Renewal leaders
  • Address obstacles during the renewal process
  • Ensure the team meets targets and deadlines
  • Monitor and ensure data-driven insights are available
  • Forecast and report renewal pipeline
  • Build cross-functional relationships
  • Ensure communication within the team
  • Lead and coach the team
  • Support onboarding and promote continuous learning
  • Drive hiring and manage headcount

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS in Customer Success or Renewal roles
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in analyzing data
  • Passionate about helping people grow
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and listening abilities
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
