Job Description

As a Support Engineer at Sonar, you will contribute to Sonar products adoption and integration by providing individualized service to customers, guiding them in implementation, and advocating for optimal product usage. You will investigate and solve customer issues, representing the customer voice in product discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers integrate solutions across their development pipeline
  • Drive technical issues to resolution
  • Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to improve customer experience
  • Work with the team to refine customer feedback
  • Have a voice in enhancing the way we work

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in maintaining and delivering high-quality software with Software engineering best practices
  • 3+ years experience using or administrating a DevOps pipeline
  • Experience with system-wide deployments
  • Investigation skills to understand problems
  • Team player
  • Can-do attitude
