The Business Technology team at Sonar is seeking a passionate engineer to enhance development operations. The role involves managing and configuring Atlassian tools, promoting best practices, and ensuring the scalability and performance of internal applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to develop solutions
• Promote best practices using Atlassian tools
• Upgrade and maintain Atlassian tools
• Manage Identity and Access Management
• Train end-users
• Implement security controls
• Monitor Atlassian applications
• Optimize Atlassian workflows
• Maintain the Atlassian suite
• Create and implement templates
• Manage change processes
• Document configurations
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with IT Operations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing Jira Cloud
• Experience with other Atlassian Cloud products
• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban frameworks
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience in supporting technical users
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
