Job Description

Join a growing FP&A team, building new systems and processes to support strategic objectives. Generate and analyze financial statements, produce accurate budgets and forecasts, and partner with leaders across Sonar. Standardize processes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate budgets and recurring forecasts
• Support P&L reporting and forecasting
• Maintain and enhance key reports
• Collaborate with the Accounting team
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a software company
• Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and analysis
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
• Experience in reporting, analyzing, and forecasting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Experience in extracting and transforming datasets from CRM/ERP/BI platforms
• Strong understanding of P&L structures and budgeting processes
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and a proactive approach
• Ability to travel internationally
