Responsibilities

• Lead ride and handling simulation processes
• Increase simulation workflow efficiencies
• Analyze physical test data and correlate models
• Perform vehicle ride and handling measurements
• Understand how parts impact vehicle performance
• Support active damper and air spring system modeling
• Prepare technical reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in vehicle dynamics simulation
• Deep understanding of suspension and steering kinematics
• Passion for vehicle operation and performance
• Knowledge of multibody simulation tools
• Experience with vehicle dynamics and comfort measurements
• Advanced project steering and coordination skills
• High-performance driving skills
• Hands-on experience with in-vehicle testing
• Excellent communication and teamwork
