As a Project Manager in Client Delivery at Vestmark, you will be responsible for managing high-impact initiatives with some of the most recognizable firms in the Wealth Management industry. This position requires dynamic leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to successfully deliver client-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations, upgrades, and conversions
• Define and enforce project scope, schedules, and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Regularly communicate project status and manage issues
• Lead meetings and communicate effectively with clients
• Contribute to the growth and development of core values

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working directly with clients
• Familiarity with project management tools
