Volley is hiring a Staff Game Designer to lead gameplay design for their games, defining experiences that engage millions of players. This senior-level role requires someone versatile enough to seamlessly move between game design, rapid prototyping, and UX/UI design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end gameplay design for top-priority titles
• Quickly prototype ideas directly within visual editors
• Clearly communicate vision, align stakeholders, and document designs
• Proactively mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Serve as a thought leader on leveraging generative AI tools

Requirements

• 8+ years in professional game design
• Expertise across game design, technical art implementation, and UX/UI design
• Ability to lead design vision and produce measurable player impact
• Enthusiasm for generative AI tools
• Exceptional collaboration skills
• Deep passion for casual gaming
