Job Description

Seeking an experienced Cyber Analyst II with policy-writing expertise to join our cybersecurity team. Analyze, develop, and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect organizational assets and ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide support in threat analysis, risk management, and incident response, contributing to a robust cybersecurity framework. Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
• Translate complex technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, concise, and actionable policies
• Ensure compliance with industry frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular policy reviews
• Monitor and assess cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risks
• Provide recommendations to improve the organization’s cybersecurity posture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls
• Support incident response activities
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on findings
• Develop and deliver training materials
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and management

Requirements
