The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for clients, gathering, verifying, and processing client information to ensure seamless onboarding. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a high volume of cases with accuracy and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for new clients, conducting initial screenings and assessments
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation
• Accurately input client data into case management or CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and handoffs
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records
• Answer client inquiries professionally and promptly
• Track and report on intake metrics and trends
• Assist with continuous improvement of intake processes and documentation standards
