Job Description

SonderMind is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and manage scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with other enterprise applications using Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The role requires proficiency in Apex development and delivering robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Lead data migration and consolidation efforts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure Salesforce adherence to compliance standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• QA Salesforce administrator releases
• Mentor administrator and analyst

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and middleware platforms
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
• Salesforce Architect Certification or equivalent preferred
