Job Description

The VP, Strategic Partnerships will drive high-impact partnerships that generate significant revenue growth across new and existing channels. Responsibilities include leading the partner account management team, expanding current relationships, and identifying, negotiating, and closing new opportunities aligned with company growth objectives. This role will also assist with merger and acquisition (M&A) efforts as part of broader strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and foster relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals
  • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth
  • Develop and oversee business referral programs
  • Create and refine partnership business models
  • Lead and mentor a team
  • Assist with M&A negotiations

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in business development and partnerships
  • 4+ years in leadership roles
  • Record of closing complex deals
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Understanding of subscription and partner-driven revenue models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
