Requirements

  • Experience in talent transformation planning within a global organization
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and organizational evolution
  • Ability to translate business needs into talent strategies
  • Proven track record in developing and launching talent and skills platforms
  • Experience in leveraging AI and data analytics
  • Familiarity with skills intelligence frameworks
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leaders
