Job Description

This position supports day-to-day sales operations and ensures integration and processes with other teams and systems work flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Develop close commercial relationships with key partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet product requirements
• Ensure timely product delivery
• Present product plans to sales and customers
• Update and manage customer communications
• Maintain a customer service-oriented environment
• Contribute to the annual departmental budget
• Provide product information through reporting systems
• Collaborate on operational tasks
• Develop understanding of operational issues
• Complete various tasks that have not been automated
• Analyze data and take corrective actions
• Coordinate requirements across multiple teams

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant experience
• Fluent Japanese speaker
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve problems and meet deadlines
• Adaptable and professional
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn new software
