Job Description

Headspace is seeking part-time, independently licensed therapists to provide virtual care. Contractors must be licensed in California but reside outside of California, offering a minimum of 5 sessions per week. Pay rates range from $65-$90 per session.

Responsibilities

• Provide tele-therapy via HIPAA compliant video conferencing
• Complete clinical case notes within 48 hours
• Maintain a database of licensure and personal information
• Keep availability calendar up to date
• Stay in communication with clinical leadership
• Work with a collaborative care team

Requirements

• Offer at least 5 sessions per week
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices
• Knowledge of culturally responsive care
• Ability to deliver concurrent documentation
• Willingness to integrate technology
• Safe location with reliable internet
• Effective communication skills
• 3+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience
• Independent clinical license
