Job Description

Headspace is seeking part-time, independently licensed contractor therapists to provide virtual care. Therapists must offer a minimum of 5 sessions/week, with flexibility for more. Pay rates vary by state, starting at $77-$82 per session in Wisconsin. Therapists must be licensed and reside in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide tele-therapy via HIPAA compliant video conferencing
• Complete clinical case notes within 48 hours
• Maintain a database of licensure and personal information
• Keep availability calendar up to date
• Stay in communication with clinical leadership
• Work with a collaborative care team

Requirements

• Offer at least 5 sessions per week
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices
• Knowledge of culturally responsive care
• Ability to deliver concurrent documentation
• Willingness to integrate technology
• Safe, secure location with reliable internet
• Effective communication skills
• 3+ years of clinical psychotherapy experience
• Experience with risk management
• LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LPCC, and LPC
• Independent clinical license
• BC-TMH credential (if required)
