Job Description

As a Digital Account Specialist at Pie, you will manage and grow a significant partner portfolio, drive business development, address client needs, and meet performance quotas. You will represent Pie professionally and make tactical decisions to enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain service communication and drive outcomes with existing partners
  • Build and engage with outside agency partnerships to increase engagement
  • Work with partner CSRs, producers, and principals to influence production
  • Represent Pie in meetings with partners, seminars, trade shows, and networking events
  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with retail partners
  • Consistent and regular meetings with various levels of the agency
  • Use reporting and analytics to identify state and partner trends to create strategy
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop and execute best practices
  • Maintain and monitor industry insights, trends, or customer preferences
  • Monitor and report progress on initiatives
  • Implement plans to drive profitable premium growth and retention
  • Assist in forecasting distribution channel premium

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years total professional working experience in Business Development and/or Client Relationship/Account Management
  • 1+ year Commercial Auto or other commercial insurance experience preferred
  • Adaptable to changes in goals, priorities, workflow, and role responsibilities
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to set and achieve personal and professional goals
  • Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team
  • Salesforce, Google Suite, Looker, Groove, Highspot
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and quotas
