Job Description

The Staff Product Manager will lead critical initiatives that shape Pie’s data ecosystem, ensuring that our data infrastructure enables fast, reliable, and scalable decision-making. This role will focus on improving data quality, accelerating model development, and promoting data self-service across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Enhance enterprise data warehouse by establishing strong data contracts
• Develop frameworks for data quality management and governance
• Lead the development of resilient ETL pipelines using tools like Snowflake and Airflow
• Oversee the transition from legacy data sources to system-generated data
• Build the infrastructure that accelerates ML capabilities using platforms like AWS SageMaker
• Establish evaluation frameworks for assessing external AI capabilities

Requirements

• 10+ years overall professional experience
• 7+ years Product Management experience in an agile software development lifecycle environment
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data fluency
• Experience working with data, analytics, ML, or AI products
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools
• Strong understanding of the data lifecycle
• Ability to translate complex technical work into clear business impact
• Strong presence and communication skills
