Job Description

The IUL Sales Specialist guides customers through the IUL insurance buying process, educating them on how IULs work and recommending suitable products. They assist with applications and guide customers through the policy purchase, ensuring transparency and providing a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through calls, emails, and SMS
• Educate customers on Ethos’ products and processes
• Uncover and understand individual needs
• Build relationships and instill trust
• Partner with colleagues to execute goals
• Manage a pipeline of customers and perform follow-up
• Iterate and improve workflows and outreach strategies
• Drive referral activity

Requirements

• 2-3 years of life insurance telesales experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software
• Strong sales track record and techniques
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and manage time
• Ability to identify and solve customer friction points
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability to changes
• Drive to win
