Job Description

At Ethos, Technical Program Managers drive cross-team projects and roadmaps within the Engineering organization. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading critical initiatives and ensuring on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans
• Partner with engineering and product leads
• Provide hands-on program management
• Drive internal process improvements
• Provide day-to-day coordination
• Perform Scrum Master duties
• Assist teams with agile and scrum understanding
• Participate in roadmapping and sprint sessions
• Help teams balance dependencies
• Map dependencies and relationships
• Communicate status to stakeholders
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an active Scrum Master
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience developing, coaching, or managing teams
