Job Description

Octus seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Account Management to manage and cultivate relationships with large strategic law firm accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and cross-selling of Octus products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal cycle for existing strategic clients
  • Drive client interactions to identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with customer success team for client service
  • Work with product team to identify product enhancements
  • Track and analyze KPIs and product usage for relationship management

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management experience
  • Experience selling large deals to strategic accounts
  • Experience selling data, research, or content products
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and forge partnerships
  • Proven track record of achieving quota and retention targets
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • JD preferred
