Octus seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Account Management to manage and cultivate relationships with large strategic law firm accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and cross-selling of Octus products.
Responsibilities
Manage renewal cycle for existing strategic clients
Drive client interactions to identify expansion opportunities
Collaborate with customer success team for client service
Work with product team to identify product enhancements
Track and analyze KPIs and product usage for relationship management
Requirements
10+ years of account management experience
Experience selling large deals to strategic accounts
Experience selling data, research, or content products
Ability to cultivate relationships and forge partnerships
Proven track record of achieving quota and retention targets
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
