Job Description

Seeking a Software Engineer to join the Custom & RevTech team to lead the development of custom advertising solutions and optimize the ad tech stack. The role involves building internal tools, working with various teams, and implementing revenue-generating solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement custom advertising solutions
• Build and optimize header bidding and ad delivery performance
• Develop internal tools and revenue analytics dashboards
• Lead technical integration of advertising vendors
• Implement and troubleshoot video advertising solutions
• Create and maintain server-side and client-side ad integrations
• Monitor and improve ad performance metrics
• Build custom video ad formats and experiences
• Implement consent management and ensure compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Expertise in React
• Experience in a media, publishing, or adtech environment
• Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Knowledge of ad-serving technologies
• Experience with video advertising standards
• Skilled in debugging tools
• Understanding of privacy regulations
• Proficiency in A/B testing
• Knowledge of web performance optimization
