Lead technical teams in RF and Photonics programs, ensuring quality and meeting objectives. Manage programs from proposal to completion, maintain customer relationships, and oversee cost, schedule, and performance. Collaborate on plans, identify solutions, and ensure system designs meet requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years in engineering or manufacturing
• 10+ years in program management of US government contracts
• Experience with RF and Photonics subsystems
• Good communication skills
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization
• Experience in proposal and business development
• Knowledge of U.S. government solicitations and acquisition process
• Knowledge in preparing and reviewing financial reports
• Ability to interact effectively with technical staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• U.S. Citizenship
• Security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance
