IDT is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Representative to negotiate agreements with money transfer agents, target new markets, recruit agents, and collaborate with sales and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting new Retail Agents and closing deals
• Providing support to agents to achieve targets
• Formulating promotions and agreements with agents
• Participating in marketing activities
• Submitting performance reports

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in selling international money transfer services
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Experience in developing and growing an MT retail network
• Proven work experience in a relevant role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prepared to visit retailers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver's license and car
