IDT is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to negotiate agreements with money transfer agents, target new markets, recruit agents, and collaborate with sales teams. The role involves supporting agents, formulating promotions, and participating in marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting new retail agents and closing deals
• Supporting agents to achieve transaction and revenue targets
• Formulating promotions and agreements with agents
• Participating in marketing activities
• Submitting performance reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in selling international money transfer services
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Experience in developing and growing an MT retail network
• Proven work experience in a relevant role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prepared to visit retailers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver's license and car
