Job Description

IDT is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to negotiate agreements with money transfer agents, target new markets, and work with the sales team to identify prospects.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new Retail Agents and assist in closing deals
• Provide support to new and existing agents
• Formulate promotions and incentives
• Participate in marketing activities
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• 5 years experience in selling international money transfer services
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
• Experience in developing and growing an MT retail network
• Proven work experience in a relevant role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prepared to visit retailers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders
• Ability to multitask
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver's license and a car
