Job Description

IDT is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to grow its money transfer services by negotiating agreements with agents, targeting new markets, and working with sales and internal teams to identify prospects.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting new retail agents and closing deals
• Supporting agents to achieve transaction and revenue targets
• Formulating promotions and agreements with agents
• Participating in marketing activities
• Submitting performance reports

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in selling international money transfer services
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Experience in developing and growing an MT retail network
• Proven work experience in a relevant role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prepared to visit retailers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders
• Ability to multitask
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver's license and car
