IDT's Retail division seeks an enthusiastic Sales Representative / Retail Account Manager (RAM) to sell telecom and financial services products in an assigned territory, manage retail accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell IDT Retail products to retail stores
• Manage and fulfill orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Open new retail accounts
• Manage sales, collections, and card inventory

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and car
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
