Job Description

Smartly is seeking a passionate marketing professional to lead ABM efforts, identify market growth opportunities, and drive revenue through scalable programs. This individual contributor role involves collaboration with Sales, Event Marketing, Paid Media, and SDRs, focusing on building and executing targeted campaigns, optimizing 6Sense, and delivering impactful reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable ABM programs
  • Build programs around ABM 1:1, 1:Few and 1:Many
  • Own and optimize 6Sense
  • Partner with SDRs to translate growth marketing campaigns
  • Deliver new ways to spark interest within target accounts
  • Leverage AI to enhance programs
  • Work with content marketing to help inform content strategy
  • Oversee development of supporting materials
  • Deliver world-class reporting and analytics
  • Manage budgets, identifying new tools and building a best in class ABM practice

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech companies
  • 3+ years of proven experience running ABM campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
  • Understanding of buyer personas
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience planning and implementing multi-touch campaigns
