Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will manage and support the day-to-day IT needs of employees across multiple regions, focusing on device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage device lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning
  • Provide advanced user support for Windows and macOS
  • Support and maintain office videoconferencing solutions
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Design and refine IT processes
  • Collaborate with the IT team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT system support experience
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS
  • Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools
  • Solid knowledge of videoconferencing solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
