Responsibilities
Manage device lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning
Provide advanced user support for Windows and macOS
Support and maintain office videoconferencing solutions
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
Design and refine IT processes
Collaborate with the IT team
Requirements
3+ years of IT system support experience
Proficiency in Windows and macOS
Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools
Solid knowledge of videoconferencing solutions
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
