Job Description

As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will be a key driver in the company's financial growth and efficiency, developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control. You will drive strategic business decisions through financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Provide strategic recommendations to finance leadership
• Assess company performance against budget and strategy
• Conduct detailed variance analysis
• Coordinate with finance and business partners
• Manage, coach, and develop finance team members
• Lead ad-hoc projects
• Provide leadership to finance department team members
• Prepare succinct presentations for decision-makers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience as finance leader
• High proficiency in financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in financial management software
• Effective partnership and influencing skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
