As the Senior Strategy Manager at Roofstock, you will be at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping drive operational efficiency and growth across our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Earned MBA from a reputable institution
• 3-6 years of experience in management consulting or similar field
• Demonstrated ability to transition from strategic advisory roles to hands-on operational leadership
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of business operations within prop-tech and or fintech
