Job Description

New Relic is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to build pipeline and drive revenue by engaging prospects and introducing them to the value of their platform. The BDR will generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, personalized email outreach, and social selling, pre-qualifying leads and collaborating with Account Executives (AEs) to create tailored outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Collaborate with AEs to research target accounts and create tailored outreach strategies
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects
  • Exceed daily, weekly, monthly metrics

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound prospecting role
  • Grit, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for sales
