Job Description

New Relic seeks a customer-focused industry leader to join their sales leadership team, responsible for growing success on the East Coast by leading new logo growth, expanding existing footprints, and managing enterprise agreements. The role involves leading and mentoring Enterprise Account Executives, driving strategic deals, providing sales leadership, and developing sales forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives
  • Build and drive new go-to-market plans
  • Drive strategic deals and accounts
  • Provide strategic executive leadership for sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales mentorship, and commission planning
  • Develop annual sales forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Leader with direct reports selling enterprise application software
  • Knowledge of SaaS/Cloud/Application Performance Monitoring space
