The Email Deliverability Consultant will work directly with customers to provide reporting, best practices, and recommendations to improve their email programs and get the most out of Braze.
Responsibilities
Provide deliverability support to customers and internal teams
Manage and prioritize incoming tickets
Service a portfolio of assigned customers
Conduct in-depth investigations into email sending practices
Assist customers with blocklists and spam traps
Help customers with IP warming and monitor progress
Monitor customer email metrics and improve sending reputation
Provide analysis of performance quality measurements
Provide long-term strategic deliverability planning
Take an active role in strategic projects
Requirements
Competency in deliverability concepts
Customer management skills
2-3 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services
Knowledge of industry best practices
Success in identifying and remediating deliverability issues
Ability to present information in a consumable format
