As a member of the Joint Test & Evaluation Support Cell (JTSC) this individual will support the programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command Test Nominations and subsequent approved execution.
Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) projects
Apply statistical methods, modeling & simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to assess joint military operations
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize military operations, force readiness, and strategic planning
Utilize computer-based analytical tools to evaluate operational performance
Identify risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military environments
Apply process modeling and analytical techniques to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions
Conduct problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to support joint military operations
Provide parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods
Requirements
Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field
Proficiency in statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors analysis
Experience developing test and evaluation plans (preferred)
