Job Description
CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity SME to join their team to resolve software-specific issues, test software releases, and establish templates, views, scripts, or workflows.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity
Perform specialized data culling and identification in Relativity
Resolve user issues with access, slowness, freezing, and viewer installation
Work directly with Relativity’s staff to resolve software-specific issues
Test Relativity software releases and establish templates, views, scripts, or workflows
Remain proficient in Relativity and its analytics tools
Advocate for new features in Relativity
Perform Relativity demos, conduct training, and create user documentation
Requirements
Ten years of litigation support experience, including four years of advanced Relativity experience
Master’s degree or J.D. or Bachelor’s degree plus additional experience
