Sofar is seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI across channels. The role involves campaign execution, performance analysis, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and performance marketing strategy
• Execute and optimize campaigns across various channels
• Build and maintain campaign tracking and lead attribution systems
• Analyze and report on campaign performance
• Partner with the sales team to improve lead quality
• Understand target audiences to create effective strategies
• Manage the campaign roadmap and calendar
• Develop marketing assets for paid campaigns

Requirements

• Experience in growth and performance marketing
• Proven track record of building and scaling campaigns
• Highly analytical with a data-first approach
• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing
• Expert-level experience with HubSpot, Clay, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
• Collaborative and proactive with strong project management skills
