Job Description

This role leads the development of comprehensive and complex Accounting & Finance workflow solutions, focusing on technical design, development, and delivery of ERP solutions, reports, and integrations. The role supports the availability and evolving use of ERP business systems, providing transparency, governance, and technical support to accounting and finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions and manage architecture
• Design, develop, and implement business system solutions
• Ensure ERP workflow solutions align with business requirements
• Participate in projects from initial discussions to deployment
• Ensure stability, performance, and security of business systems
• Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and implement upgrades
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize business system processes
• Stay current with application releases and new features
• Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams
• Maintain comprehensive documentation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate business systems engineering, focusing on Accounting & Finance systems integrations
• In-depth knowledge of financial systems like NetSuite, Oracle Financials, SAP
• Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, SQS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
