Job Description

The Senior Associate will partner with clients in strategic planning and roadmaps, driving complex initiatives and projects, and creating programs to maximize adoption. Responsibilities include leading workstreams, analyzing project dimensions, communicating status, and developing strategies to solve technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead a project/program workstream
  • Collect and analyze project dimensions to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Communicate project status to internal teams and clients
  • Provide customer service support
  • Assist in developing strategies to solve technical challenges
  • Manage several clients
  • Establish effective working relationships with clients
  • Contribute to team's technical acumen
  • Be involved in business development activities
  • Develop internal relationships
  • Travel to client sites

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of related professional work experience
  • Proficiency in core data, cloud, and cybersecurity concepts
  • Strong understanding of Information Technologies
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility
  • Experience in program management, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong ability to operate independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work additional hours and/or travel as needed
  • Strong client service skills
