Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule post-installation inspections
  • Manage documentation uploading to inspection portals
  • Schedule and coordinate field service activities
  • Communicate with customers throughout the process
  • Track and report on inspection pass/failure rates
  • Monitor and analyze field service resolution times
  • Drive the utility interconnection agreement process
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in related fields
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating with external stakeholders
