The Director will lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes. They will drive leadership, vision, and strategic growth for the Identity Security Community, focusing on high-quality, profitable service engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, and make technology choices
• Promote architectural and development best practices
• Ensure projects adhere to architectural standards
• Lead design reviews and implement design principles
• Provide technical leadership in SDLC
• Generate new ideas and approaches
• Facilitate development process and operations
• Identify setbacks and shortcomings
• Define and enforce architecture standards
• Guide the implementation team
• Contribute to practice development tasks

Requirements

• Leadership experience implementing Identity Access or Identity Governance solutions
• Strong working experience in IAM Domain
• 3-5 years of consulting management experience
• Proven leadership experience in people management
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling Professional Services functions
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong working experience on microservices
• Strong experience leveraging design, architecture, and integration patterns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to do cost benefit analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to estimate implementation efforts
