Job Description

The Director will lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring exceptional outcomes and managing the regional internal strategic IAM practice. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, profitable service engagements and fostering trusted advisor relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and make technology decisions
• Promote architectural and development best practices
• Ensure projects adhere to architectural standards
• Lead design reviews and implement best design principles
• Provide technical leadership in SDLC
• Generate new ideas and approaches
• Facilitate development process and operations
• Identify setbacks and shortcomings
• Define and enforce architecture standards and guidelines
• Guide the implementation team
• Contribute to practice development tasks

Requirements

• Leadership experience implementing IAM/IGA solutions
• Strong working experience in IAM Domain with end-to-end project delivery
• 3-5 years of consulting management experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role with people management
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling Professional Services functions
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong working experience on microservices
• Strong experience leveraging design, architecture, and integration patterns
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to do a cost benefit analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to estimate implementation efforts
