Job Description

This position involves developing, deploying, maintaining, and operating Saviynt solutions in alignment with Federal compliance standards. Responsibilities include maintaining and operating identity access management solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer deployments, migrations, and upgrades in the cloud environment
• Install and configure Saviynt products
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Automate manual work
• Troubleshoot cloud-related infrastructure incidents and issues
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure setup and maintenance using IaC tools
• Collaborate with teams to improve deployment processes
• Maintain compliance with security and quality standards
• Create and maintain technical documents
• Design and implement solutions to automate cloud-environment provisioning
• Develop automation solutions to streamline processes
• Configure and deploy monitoring tools

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience
• 7 years supporting AWS/Azure environments
• 5 years working with containerization technologies
• 5 years working within a DevOps or CI/CD environment
• 5 years scripting (Python, Java, or BASH preferred)
• 7 years working within Linux environments
• 5 years supporting Network Integration
• Experience building, scaling & monitoring infrastructure for SaaS
• Experience with version control systems
• Expertise in infrastructure as code
• Experience with configuring, deploying, and operating public cloud services
• Experience with network features
• Extensive experience in database operations & MySQL
• Experience in invoking REST/SOAP web services
• Strong Domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Meet US persons on US soil requirements
• Undergo full background investigation/screening
• Undergo IAL3 requirements
