The Sales Training Manager will partner with sales leadership to assess needs, design training programs, and supercharge sales effectiveness and production.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales leadership to onboard and train new team members
Develop and deliver training programs
Oversee, update, and maintain training materials
Design marketing materials to promote development opportunities
Prepare a monthly/quarter dashboard of results
Manage the logistics of Learning and Development (L&D) learning deliverables
Requirements
6+ years of training and development experience with 3+ years in sales training
Expertise in instructional design
Dynamic facilitation skills
Proficiency in software applications like Confluence, Gong, Articulate, and G-Suite
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in a high-growth environment
Proven project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
