Job Description

The Paralegal will draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents, with a focus on customer and vendor agreements, board meeting minutes, and other support required by the General Counsel at Velo3D, a 3D printing capital equipment manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including software licenses, consulting agreements, SaaS agreements, and hardware purchase agreements
• Review and negotiate counter party paper and adapt Velo3D templates
• Develop and maintain systems for managing information, projects, and workflows
• Assist with corporate governance duties, including preparing minutes and resolutions
• Escalate issues and collaborate with internal teams
• Participate in meetings to build knowledge of Velo3D’s business
• Collaborate on internal projects, including updates to contract templates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a paralegal certificate
• 8+ years of paralegal experience, ideally with technology clients
• Ability to collaborate with teams and external organizations
• Ability to manage the entire contract process
• Ability to work reliably and with attention to detail
• High level of professionalism and motivation
