Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks an Infrastructure Project Coordinator SME in the National Capital Region. The role involves planning, directing, and managing infrastructure IT projects and operations, requiring expertise in IT policies, security requirements, and critical building systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining enterprise-level infrastructure, data center consolidations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
• Implement DoD IT policies and procedures
• Manage infrastructure IT projects and operations
• Maintain mission-critical infrastructure
• Understand critical building systems and levels of redundancy
• Understand key technology components and infrastructure environment
• Apply knowledge of energy use and reduction opportunities
• Manage infrastructure IT and engineering projects
• Apply knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Operate, maintain, and consolidate enterprise-level infrastructure
• Evaluate and establish facility requirements
• Translate high-level functional and technical requirements
• Modernize and sustain enterprise classified infrastructure
• Baseline infrastructure resources
• Manage Data Center Consolidations and Application Migrations
• Apply risk management strategies

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with DoD IT policies, processes, and procedures
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in the SME area
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment
• 3-5 years of experience with large, complex IT environments
• Infrastructure mechanical and electrical infrastructure knowledge
• Experience with mission-critical infrastructure maintenance
• Understanding of network design
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Experience with data center consolidations and migrations
• Experience with risk management strategies
• Top Secret/SCI clearance
