Job Description

Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking an Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert to deliver IT solutions to the Federal Government. The role requires experience in implementing DoD IT policies, familiarity with DoD security requirements, and expertise in managing infrastructure IT projects and operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
• Implement DoD IT policies, processes, and procedures
• Manage infrastructure IT projects and operations
• Supervise employees in infrastructure-related areas
• Operate and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure
• Evaluate and establish facility requirements
• Translate functional and technical requirements for infrastructure
• Modernize and sustain enterprise classified infrastructure
• Baseline infrastructure resources
• Plan facility capacity
• Manage data center operations

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with DoD IT policies, processes, and procedures
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in SME area
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment
• 3-5 years of working knowledge of large, complex IT environments
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
