Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks an Operation Manager in the National Capital Region. The role requires strong communication skills, experience with DoD IT policies, and knowledge of ITIL framework. The position involves managing IT projects and operations within a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
• Plan, direct, and manage Infrastructure Support Services IT projects/operations
• Supervise employees
• Manage 24x7 help desk support and operation
• Manage performance-based contracts

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in implementing DoD IT policies
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment
• Working knowledge of large, complex IT environments
• Knowledge of industry standards for 24x7 operations
• Knowledge of DoD network and system security requirements
• Experience with ITIL framework
• Security+ Certification
• Top Secret/SCI Clearance
